Arclight Academy is operated by Arclight Media Productions, registered at [[REGISTERED ADDRESS]], India. You can reach us at info@arclight.co.in, and we answer every message that arrives there.

These terms are an agreement between you and us. They cover the whole site: the pages you can read without an account, the things you can buy, and the library you get access to afterwards.

By buying anything, creating an account, or using anything on this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not purchase. The checkbox at checkout exists so that agreeing is a decision you make on purpose rather than something buried in a footer.

You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, whichever is higher. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company to these terms.

You must give us an email address you actually control. Access is attached to it, and we cannot move a purchase to a different address without being able to verify both.

Our products are digital, and each one is bought on its own. A playbook is video you watch in your dashboard. A prompt pack is a set of tested prompts for a kind of generator. A creator kit is one niche in depth: its prompts, content ideas, hooks, repeatable formats, production workflow and tool list. A bundle is several of those, bought together at one price.

There are no tiers and no allowance. You buy a specific item, you own that item, and what it contains is listed on its own page at the time you buy it. Buying one thing does not restrict or unlock any other.

A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own content and business. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Each purchase is one-time and your access does not expire.

We may add to, update or improve a product after you buy it. You get those updates at no extra cost. We may also stop selling a product; if we do, you keep access to anything you already bought.

Each item is bought separately and there is no allowance to spend, so nothing here is a permanent choice you have to get right in one go. If you buy a course today and a kit next month, you own both.

What you cannot do is swap one item for another after purchase. Everything unlocks in full the moment payment clears, so a swap would mean giving away the first one. That is the same reason sales are final, and it is set out in the refund policy.

If you are unsure which item suits what you are trying to make, ask us before you buy. We will give you a straight answer, including when the honest answer is that none of them do.

You may use the prompts and materials to create content, including content you make money from, and including work you do for clients.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, republish or redistribute the material itself, the prompt libraries, course videos or written material, whether free or paid, in whole or in part, and whether or not you charge for it. The output you create is yours. The source material is licensed to you and stays ours.

You may not use the material to build a competing product, and you may not scrape, bulk-export or automate the extraction of the library.

You may not share your account. Access is granted per person. Two people using one account is the one thing we actively watch for, because it is the failure mode that would force us to raise the price for everybody else.

Content generated with third-party AI tools is also subject to those tools' own terms. Those terms are set by the tool provider and are outside our control, check them if you intend to use the output commercially.

You sign in with Google. We never see or store a password, and we cannot reset one for you.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Deleting it ends your access to everything you bought, and because we do not offer refunds that access cannot be restored later. It is a permanent choice, so we will always ask you to confirm it once.

We provide tested content systems and education. We do not guarantee any particular level of reach, views, followers, engagement, income or business outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

Results depend on your own work, how consistent you are, your market, and platform systems none of us control. Any examples or figures we publish describe what happened in that case and are not a prediction of what will happen in yours.

We do not promise that any specific AI tool, platform or free tier named in the material will remain available or remain free. Tools change. When one we rely on changes materially we update the material, but we cannot control when that happens.

Payments are processed by one of two providers, depending on where you are. Outside India, Dodo Payments processes the payment and acts as merchant of record, meaning your contract for the transaction is with them. In India, Razorpay processes the payment and Arclight is the seller of record, meaning your contract is with us. In both cases we do not receive, see or store your card details at any point.

Prices are shown in US dollars outside India and in Indian rupees within it. Rupee prices are set separately rather than converted, so they are not the dollar price at that day's exchange rate. Whichever applies, the price charged is the one calculated by our server at checkout, never one supplied by your browser.

Tax may be added depending on where you are. On payments where Dodo Payments is merchant of record, they calculate and collect it. On payments taken through Razorpay, any tax due is ours to account for and is included in or added to the price shown.

Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. That fee is between you and them; we never see it and cannot refund it.

If you already own a product, our checkout will not charge you for it again.

Everything we sell is digital and is delivered to your account on this site, not shipped. Access appears within seconds of your payment being confirmed.

We do not offer refunds. Our products are digital and are delivered in full and immediately, which means there is nothing to return and no partial delivery to refund.

The narrow exceptions, a duplicate charge, or a failure on our side to give you what you paid for, are set out in full on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before you buy.

If something has gone wrong, email us first. We answer quickly and we can usually fix an access problem in minutes, which a chargeback cannot.

Opening a chargeback for a purchase that was delivered is not a substitute for a refund policy, and we will contest it with the delivery and access records we keep. While a chargeback is open we may suspend access to the account it relates to.

We work to keep the site available and your purchases accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and other interruptions happen.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, in particular for sharing, reselling or redistributing paid material. Where we do that for a serious breach, no refund is due.

All material on this site, including the prompt libraries, course content, written copy, design and branding, belongs to Arclight Media Productions or is used under licence.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you. What you get is the licence described above, for as long as your account exists.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost audience, or loss arising from a platform's decision about your content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, and any material change will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

Changes apply from the date they are published. They do not retroactively change the terms of a purchase you have already made.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
